At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

🚪 Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, DPD Local will follow their standard redelivery or parcel collection process. Please follow the instructions provided directly by DPD.

📦 Damaged or Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will assist you in raising a claim with DPD Local where applicable.
