Thank you for shopping with RPM Racing Engines Ltd. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

🇬🇧 Returns (UK Only)

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale, used or clearance items (unless faulty)

📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sam@rpmpower.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:
